Sydney CBD to be locked down, NYE fireworks to last only 'a couple of minutes', due to coronavirus

NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian warns revellers they will be locked out of Sydney's CBD on New Year's Eve unless they have a restaurant booking, and that this year's fireworks will be shorter than usual.
