Premier's department boss unsure if he passed on hotel quarantine ADF offer

The head of Victoria's Department of Premier and Cabinet tells an inquiry he is "not aware" whether he passed on a Commonwealth offer in early April of ADF support for the state's flawed hotel quarantine program.
