Massive fine for Melbourne residents trying to head to regional Victoria when coronavirus restrictions ease

Victoria Police say a new offence will be created, along with a $4,957 fine, to deter Melbourne residents from trying to head to regional Victoria, where coronavirus restrictions will significantly decrease from midnight tonight.
