Angela Merkel appeared unsteady during an official welcoming ceremony for the visiting Prime minister of Finland. It comes after two similar episodes last month. In a speech alongside the Finnish Prime Minister, Ms Merkel insisted she was fine, and that there was nothing to worry about.
