Bullying and fatigue at SA hospital rack up 20,000 lost days of work

Bullying, harassment and fatigue at South Australian hospitals has cost taxpayers almost $20 million in the form of more than 20,000 "lost days of work", according to an SA Health submission to an inquiry.
