NYC measles outbreak sees mandatory vaccines ordered

A New York City health official blames anti-vaxxers for the worst measles emergency there since 1991, and while not legally able to force people to vaccinate Mayor Bill de Blasio issues an order that they do so under threat of a $US1,000 fine.
