Man's iris detaches and 'sags' after eye is struck by bungee cord

A man in Taiwan has partially recovered vision in one eye after his iris had "detached", "deformed" and started "sagging" after an elastic cord he used to attach items to his motorbike whipped off and struck him in the eye.
