A shorter, cheaper trip from west to CBD if M4-M5 link built: EIS

The $7 billion tunnel linking the M4 and M5, if approved, would make a trip from western Sydney to the CBD $13 cheaper and 15 kilometres shorter, according to the environmental impact statement.
