  3. We believe there are many benefits. Hot-desking can save businesses as much as 30% on real estate. It can allow businesses to move to smaller spaces, or utilise the space they currently have to accommodate more staff. In addition, it can lead to an environment that encourages creativity by boosting new opportunities to work together, leading to amplified productivity and a stronger team ethic. Hot desking can also create a happier workplace because it breaks down barriers and encourages collaboration.
