PM puts pressure on Victoria to fast-track its reopening

Prime Minister Scott Morrison takes aim at the Victorian Government's roadmap out of stage 4 coronavirus restrictions, saying he hopes it is the "worst case scenario" and the state will reopen more quickly than outlined.
