Opposition puts forward alternative for Melbourne as modeller questions roadmap

Victoria's Opposition calls on Daniel Andrews to ditch his roadmap out of lockdown and return to stage 3 restrictions for Melbourne, as one of the authors of the Government's modelling says the roadmap targets are "too stringent".
