Greece reaches out to France and Germany as it demands EU help with refugees

Thousands of people are sleeping outside and on highways as Greek authorities scramble to find accommodation for those displaced by last week's fire, and it is expected about 1,000 volunteers will soon be moved to a new camp in a former artillery range.
